President

Louis C DeMaria is the President of Pacific Developments LLC and Pacific Pelican Corporation And the exclusive representative of Central Pacific Controls, Chint Power Systems and Huafu Energy Solutions.  Louis has over 45 years’ experience with commercial, institutional, international, and government clients in operations, executive management, and business development. He has worked in most aspects of major project and program development including engineering, procurement, construction, facility management, and base operations support contracts.  His professional experience covers 20 countries and seven continents. He has significant experience in the Asia-Pacific region, including 22 years on the island of Guam.

 Louis is a registered professional civil engineer in Washington State and Guam.  He holds a MS degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from Oregon State University, MBA from the University of Phoenix, and BS degrees in both Civil Engineering and Industrial Distribution from Clarkson University. He also holds construction management and Contractor licenses on Guam.
